JA Local is an informational and connection platform. It helps tourists, returning residents, and locals discover businesses, excursions, transportation, food, real estate, events, and other services across Jamaica, and to contact those providers directly. JA Local is a directory and connection tool — we are not the provider of the listed services.
You must be at least 18 years old — the age of majority in Jamaica — to use the Services. By using them, you represent that you meet this requirement and are able to form a binding agreement. The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to minors.

Businesses and services listed on JA Local are operated by independent third parties. Any booking, transaction, or agreement is strictly between you and the provider. JA Local does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or availability of any listing, and is not a party to your dealings with providers. Always confirm details, pricing, and terms directly with the provider before you commit or pay.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the app, payments and bookings are arranged directly with providers. Any pricing shown is indicative and set by the provider. [Update this section if JA Local processes payments in-app.]
The JA Local name, logo, and the Services’ content and design are owned by JaLocal Limited or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not use them without permission.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listings are accurate or current.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JA Local and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any dealings between you and third-party providers. [Insert any liability cap and jurisdiction-specific language advised by counsel.]
